The ZIMBOCASH Brand is very important to us.

 

We love that you want to use our logo and branded materials to tell others that you are using ZASH in trade. We want everyone to talk about us and to spread the use of ZASH all over Zimbabwe.

 

We’re happy for you to let others know that you use ZIMBOCASH to transact. To do this, we have adopted the “ZASH ACCEPTED HERE” images. Feel free to download and use our logos from www.zimbo.cash/zash-accepted-here subject to the terms of this brand policy and the ZIMBOCASH Terms and Conditions as found on the ZIMBOCASH website at www.zimbo.cash.

 

On the one hand, you are free to use the ZASH ACCEPTED HERE and our ZIMBOCASH logos to let people know that you use ZIMBOCASH in your business trade, subject to this policy.

 

On the other hand, you may not use the name ZIMBOCASH or ZASH, or the logos, taglines, domains or brands to represent us or pretend that you are us or a representative of ZIMBOCASH.

 

The ZIMBOCASH and ZASH (combined referred to below as ZIMBOCASH) brands are like gold to our business. They are our identity and it represents who we are.  It acts as our abbreviated calling card, summarizing ZIMBOCASH’s beliefs, culture and quality without the need for any further explanation.  We maintain full rights to being associated in identity with our trademarks and our brand.

 

In short, we don’t like people using our logo, symbols, domain names and brand identity to impersonate who we are or what we do.

 

No word mark and/or logo may be used in any way that suggests that ZIMBOCASH is affiliated with, sponsors, approves, or endorses you, your organization, your websites, your products or your services.

 

Subject to this policy, we are granting you a limited, nonexclusive, revocable license for you to view, share, print or download the ZASH ACCEPTED HERE logo from the ZIMBOCASH site for your merchant use. You are not granted the right to license, republish, distribute, copy, assign, modify, sublicense, transfer, sell, prepare of derivative works or other non-merchant use any content on the ZIMBOCASH Site.

 

We retain full copyright over our brands and trade symbols; this extends to knowingly or unknowingly using important elements of our design.

 

The following are our usage guidelines:

 

• When you use our logos, keep the layout and design the same – do not modify, vary the colours, skew or rotate any logo.
• Make sure that the logo is separate from other branding. Do not combine a logo with any other design, including your name. Please place other designs a minimum of 3mm from the ZIMBOCASH logo or wordmark.
• Please place logos on solid backgrounds and not over an image or pattern.
• When represented as a written word, the ZIMBOCASH word should appear in all caps.

 

No word mark or logo may be used or displayed in any of the following ways:

 

• In any manner that, in the sole discretion of ZIMBOCASH, discredits ZIMBOCASH or tarnishes its reputation and goodwill.
• In any manner that is false or misleading.
• In connection with any pornography, illegal activities, or other materials that are defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• In any manner that violates the trademarks, copyright, or any other intellectual property rights of others.
• In any manner that violates any law, regulations, or other public policy.
• In any manner as part of a name of a product or service of a company or organization other than ZIMBOCASH.

 

You may not assert rights to any ZIMBOCASH word mark and/or logo whether by trademark registration, common law ownership, domain name registration or any social media registration.
